Roles and Responsibilities for Offshore Business Analyst - Remote Role

1. High Proficiency in PowerPoint

  • Develop high-quality presentations : Create visually engaging, professional presentations that effectively communicate project updates, research findings, and strategic recommendations.
  • Storyboarding and data visualization : Design slides that clearly convey complex information through charts, graphs, and other visual elements, ensuring ease of understanding for stakeholders.
  • Presentation refinement : Edit and refine PowerPoint presentations based on feedback from the team, ensuring accuracy, coherence, and alignment with the project’s objectives.

2. Ability to Conduct Thorough Research

  • Industry research : Perform in-depth research on healthcare trends, market conditions, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in the U.S. healthcare industry.
  • Competitor and market analysis : Collect and analyze data on competitors, payer strategies, provider networks, and technology solutions to support decision-making.
  • Synthesize insights : Compile research into clear, actionable insights and reports, providing well-supported recommendations to the U.S. team.

    • 3. Ability to Ramp Up in the U.S. Healthcare System

  • Learn U.S. healthcare frameworks : Develop a comprehensive understanding of the U.S. healthcare landscape, including providers, payers, regulatory bodies, and reimbursement models.
  • Understand key healthcare terminology : Become proficient in healthcare-specific terms such as claims, Epic, membership management, and digital care

    • 4. Ability to Collaborate with U.S.-Based Team

  • Cross-functional collaboration : Work closely with U.S.-based business analysts, consultants, and stakeholders to align project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Clear communication : Ensure seamless communication across time zones, leveraging digital collaboration tools

  • Data analysis and reporting : Use Excel or other tools to analyze data, interpret trends, and produce comprehensive reports that support business decisions.
