Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to manage key responsibilities related to foreign trade policies, FEMA compliance, secretarial practices, and legal support. The role also includes contributing to management consultancy frameworks to ensure efficient business operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in finance and compliance and will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure adherence to regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage activities related to foreign trade policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
- Ensure adherence to FEMA (Foreign Exchange Management Act) compliance requirements.
- Manage secretarial practices, including preparation and maintenance of statutory records and filings.
- Provide legal support to address regulatory and contractual matters effectively.
- Contribute to developing and implementing management consultancy frameworks for business efficiency.
- Monitor regulatory updates and ensure timely implementation of changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless compliance and legal operations.
Qualifications and Skills :
M.Com and MBA in Finance are mandatory.In-depth knowledge of foreign trade policies and FEMA regulations.Familiarity with secretarial practices and legal frameworks.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Proficiency in financial principles and practices.Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.Skills Required
