Assistant Manager - Foreign Trade and Compliance Specialist

Job Summary :

The role also includes contributing to management consultancy frameworks to ensure efficient business operations. Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage activities related to foreign trade policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
• Ensure adherence to FEMA (Foreign Exchange Management Act) compliance requirements.
• Manage secretarial practices, including preparation and maintenance of statutory records and filings.
• Provide legal support to address regulatory and contractual matters effectively.
• Contribute to developing and implementing management consultancy frameworks for business efficiency.
• Monitor regulatory updates and ensure timely implementation of changes.
