Job Title : Sales Coordinator

Experience : 1-5 Years

Ctc- upto 4.5 Lpa (Depends on interview)

Working Days- 6 days (Timings 10 : 00 AM To 6 : 30 PM)

Roles and Responsibilities :

Coordinate and manage the complete sales cycle, ensuring timely follow-ups and order processing.

• Support sales executives in preparing quotations, proposals, invoices, and related documents.
• Update, monitor, and maintain customer data, leads, and sales activities in Zoho CRM .
• Act as a link between the Sales , Logistics , and Accounts teams to ensure on-time order delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate with customers for order confirmations, payment updates, and dispatch details.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, dashboards, and performance tracking sheets.
• Identify process gaps and assist in improving sales coordination workflows for efficiency.
• Ensure all documentation, approvals, and reporting comply with company standards and timelines.

Skills and Qualifications :

Act as a link between the Sales , Logistics , and Accounts teams to ensure on-time order delivery and customer satisfaction.
