Job descriptionReal Estate or Infrastructure industry experience is a MUST 15+ years of TA leadership experience Strong experience in building and setting up SOPs (succession planning, performance management, hiring strategies, etc.) Hands-on experience in C-suite level hirings and robust talent acquisition processes.
Our client, one of the global real estate and infrastructure experts in the world is seeking an accomplished TA leader to join as the SVP / Head of Talent Acquisition. They will head the hiring function on the group level and work very closely with top management. Additionally, will be a strategic partner to the leadership team, driving the people agenda to support the company's ambitious growth plans across the globe.
