• Sourcing Excellence : Utilize leading job portals such as Dice, Monster, and Career Builder to identify and engage with top talent.
• Candidate Assessment : Conduct comprehensive evaluations of candidates based on skills, experience, geographical preferences, and visa status.
• Target Achievement : Meet and exceed daily / monthly targets by submitting high-quality candidates for client requirements.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure thorough background checks and commitment assessments before candidate submissions.
• Client Collaboration : Facilitate seamless communication between candidates and clients, coordinating interviews and gathering feedback in real-time.
• Administrative Support : Manage paperwork and documentation for candidate onboarding processes.
