Job Description :

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven US IT Recruiter with a strong focus on W2 hiring to join our growing team in Begumpet, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the US staffing industry, particularly in recruiting candidates on W2 (Green Card and US Citizens and EAD's) .

Key Responsibilities :

• Source, screen, and qualify IT professionals for various W2 positions using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, internal databases, and networking.
• Understand job requirements and effectively match candidates to the job requisitions.
• Experience in full lifecycle recruitment : sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and negotiate offers with candidates.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
• Ensure compliance with US employment laws and company hiring policies.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and internal account managers.
