Role Overview :

We are looking for a Product Expert to join our team. This is a leadership role where you will act as a bridge between our academic team and support teams to ensure students have a smooth and enriching learning experience. You will take ownership of managing students, guiding teams, and ensuring all academic and course-related processes run efficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Take complete ownership of a group of students and ensure they receive a seamless learning experience.
• Act as the primary point of contact for students regarding academic concerns, course issues, or difficulties with the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Identify and resolve academic challenges, including gaps in teaching, course content issues, or technical difficulties.
• Work closely with both the academic team and the support team to streamline processes and provide timely solutions.
• Lead and coordinate with internal teams to ensure all tasks related to students learning and experience are completed efficiently.
• Monitor student progress, engagement, and feedback to ensure high-quality education delivery.
• Support and guide the teams while also contributing individually to problem-solving and process improvements.
• Ensure smooth communication and follow-ups between teams and students.
