Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Plant Finance Professional located in Bengaluru South. The Plant Finance Professional will be responsible for managing and overseeing the financial operations of the plant, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, record-keeping, and financial reporting. The role involves ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards, analyzing financial data, and providing insights to support decision-making processes. Daily tasks may also include monitoring financial performance, controlling costs, and collaborating with other departments to improve financial efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and financial reporting
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, standards, and compliance
• Analytical skills to gather and analyze financial data and provide actionable insights
• Experience in cost control, record-keeping, and financial performance monitoring
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with various departments
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional certifications such as CPA or CMA are a plus
• Proficiency in financial software and tools
