We’re now hiring a Cold Email Campaigns Expert who can take full ownership of our outbound client acquisition through email prospecting, lead scraping, and appointment booking .
Role Overview
You’ll be responsible for running end-to-end cold email campaigns to generate qualified leads for our YouTube Automation services.
From scraping targeted leads to writing optimized sequences and booking discovery calls , you’ll play a key role in expanding our client base globally.
You will work directly with the Founder (Nikhil) and our Project Manager to plan, execute, and optimize outreach strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
Run cold email campaigns using Instantly and optimize for open and reply rates.Scrape and qualify leads based on our ICP (Ideal Client Profile) using tools like Nexlev or your own advanced methods.Manage and update leads database with precision using Google Sheets or CRMs .Write and optimize email scripts and follow-up sequences for YouTube Automation services.Coordinate with the internal team to refine offers and outreach strategy for better conversions.Handle incoming leads, respond promptly, and book qualified discovery calls directly with the Founder.Participate in daily check-ins and weekly strategy calls to review performance.Provide daily activity updates and maintain full transparency on campaign performance.Take ownership of closing high-quality clients with consistent follow-up.Continuously learn and apply A / B testing , personalization, and deliverability improvements.Requirements :
Minimum 2 years of proven experience running cold email campaigns that delivered measurable results.Strong understanding of lead scraping, segmentation, and email deliverability best practices .Hands-on experience with Instantly , Bouncify , and Google Workspace domains (mandatory).Experience with Nexlev or other scraping tools to build hyper-targeted lists.Deep understanding of the YouTube Automation business model (must have closed YouTube-related clients before).Excellent English communication and persuasive writing skills.Highly organized, analytical, and self-motivated .Willing to work full-time (8–12 hours / day, Monday–Saturday) .Must be available for daily calls and weekly review meetings .Must be willing to sign an official contract with the company.Should not be working for any other company simultaneously.Tools You’ll Use :
