Site Measurement Executive

• Conduct on-site visits to measure architectural features including walls ceilings floors windows doors and utilities.
  
  
• Document existing conditions such as furniture placement fixtures and structural elements.
  
  
• Identify design constraints or structural challenges that may impact the project.
  
  
• Create detailed sketches measurement sheets and CAD drawings for use in design planning.
  
  
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of measurements and site updates for consistent reference.
  
  
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations during site assessments.
  
  
• Utilize tools such as laser measures tape measures and digital levels for accurate data collection.
  
  
• Collaborate with the design and project management teams to align site measurements with project objectives.
  

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Interior Design Architecture Civil Engineering or a related field.
  
• 0-1 year of proven work experience. If you are fresher with a strong will to learn and work we make sure that you get a chance to prove your worth!
  
• Proficiency in CAD software and space-planning applications.
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
  
• Experience with measuring tools and drafting software is preferred.
  
• Understanding of building codes and regulations is an advantage.
  
• A confident and compelling tone of communication. Eloquent English Telugu Hindi gets you an extra point.
