About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for an individual with 2-3 years of experience in recruitment and is responsible for managing and executing the complete, end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for a portfolio of assigned roles across various departments. The Recruiter will serve as a foundational partner to hiring managers, focusing on active sourcing, candidate engagement, process efficiency, and ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience from initial contact through to the successful offer and onboarding.

Principal Responsibilities

Sourcing and Screening

• Utilize job boards (e.G., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, Job Hai), social media, and internal databases to source and attract qualified candidates for various roles.
• Efficiently screen incoming resumes and job applications to shortlist candidates who meet the basic qualifications.
• Conduct high-volume phone screens and initial interviews to assess basic qualifications, cultural fit, salary expectations, and motivation.

Full-Cycle Management and Candidate Experience

Stakeholder Partnership- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements, team needs, and critical timelines.
