Working Hours : 10 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM
Work Schedule : Five and a half days a week; alternate Saturdays off (flexibility required as per business needs)
I. Position Summary & Location
The Legal Intake & Client Connection Specialist is responsible for professionally managing inbound client calls, conducting detailed intake assessments, and efficiently connecting clients with the most suitable external legal counsel. This role requires a legally trained professional with strong analytical ability, empathy, and excellent communication skills to understand client issues and guide them appropriately.
II. Core Responsibilities
1. Client Call Handling
- Receive and manage a high volume of inbound calls from clients seeking legal support
- Maintain a professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented demeanor at all times
2. Case Assessment
Conduct structured intake interviews to understand the client’s legal situationIdentify the core legal issue, matter type, and applicable jurisdiction3. Needs Analysis
Assess the client’s requirements accuratelyDetermine the type of specialized advocate or legal category needed4. Lawyer Connection
Use internal databases to match clients with suitable external lawyersConnect based on expertise, experience, location, and case nature5. Documentation
Maintain detailed records of all calls, case summaries, referrals, and follow-up notesUpdate the Case Management System (CMS) with complete accuracy6. Communication
Clearly communicate next steps to clientsShare relevant case summaries with connected lawyers for smooth onboardingIII. Required Qualifications & Competencies
1. Mandatory Requirement
Must be a practicing or non-practicing Advocate (LL.B. degree required)2. Linguistic Fluency
Absolute fluency in English and Hindi (verbal and written)3. Communication Skills
