Role (you will) : Work directly with the founder on marketing and growth initiatives.
Manage digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, X, and other platforms.
Draft and schedule weekly content (posts, blogs, newsletters).
Support brand communication, outreach, and partnerships.
Analyze campaign data, website traffic, and engagement metrics to improve performance.
Assist in building the company’s narrative for investors, customers, and recruits.
Coordinate with design, product, and business teams to maintain consistent messaging.
Minimum qualifications : MBA (Marketing or equivalent preferred).
1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, brand strategy, or early-stage startups.
Strong written English and storytelling skills.
Familiar with tools like LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics / Search Console, and Canva / Adobe tools.
Organized, creative, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Good to have : Experience running paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta, or Google).
Understanding of SEO, email marketing, and lead funnels.
Interest in working closely with leadership and learning startup strategy end-to-end.
