Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BenchSale Recruiter based in Hyderabad,.The Benchsale Recruiter will manage the end-to-end benchsale process, including sourcing, screening, and acquiring top talent for technical positions. Responsibilities include building relationships with candidates, coordinating with hiring managers, organizing interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate will collaborate with teams to understand hiring needs, strategize recruitment plans, and deliver qualified candidates in a timely fashion.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-Life Cycle Benchsale Recruiting and Hiring processes
• 7+ yrs of experience in Benchsale Recruiting.
• Very Proactive in getting the right candidate within a very short period of time through different sourcing techniques.
• Demonstrated expertise in Benchsale Recruiting and general Recruiting techniques
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build effective relationships with Vendors
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms
• Proven track record of meeting hiring targets in technical domains
• Experience in recruiting for IT or software development roles is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
