This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Zapier and familiar with tools like Salesforce, Zoom Info, and Chorus, enabling them to design seamless workflows, streamline data flow, and create measurable business impact.Key Responsibilities : Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable automation and AI workflows.Build and manage Zapier workflows connecting systems like Salesforce, Zoom Info, Chorus, Excel, and marketing platforms.Automate repetitive manual processes such as data synchronization, lead tracking, reporting, and renewal management.Develop solutions for scraping and processing data (e.g., from Chorus or Salesforce) and turning it into actionable insights.Implement automation-driven communication flows (e.g., renewal notifications, follow-up triggers, survey links).Maintain clear documentation (SOPs, workflow diagrams, technical notes) for all automations.Define KPIs and build dashboards or reports to measure automation efficiency and ROI.Collaborate with leadership to prioritize automation projects and ensure alignment with business goals.Qualifications : 3+ years of experience in automation, business process engineering, or AI-powered workflow design.Expert-level proficiency in Zapier, including multi-step workflows, webhooks, and API integrations.Experience with Salesforce CRM (pipelines, data management, API integrations).Familiarity with Zoom Info (data enrichment) and Chorus (call insights and analytics).Strong understanding of workflow design, data mapping, and system logic.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — able to translate business problems into technical solutions.Analytical mindset with attention to detail and process optimization.Exposure to AI tools or automation scripting (e.g., Python, Open AI API) is a plus.What We Offer : Fully remote work setup.Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Opportunity to lead organization-wide automation and AI transformation initiatives.Collaborative and growth-oriented team culture.Access to advanced tools, data, and continuous learning opportunities.
