Job Description

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow FSO Consultant / Developer with strong expertise in the Financial Services Operations (FSO) module.

Key Requirements :

Minimum 1 end-to-end implementation project experience in the ServiceNow Financial Services Operations (FSO) module.

4–5 years of total ServiceNow implementation experience across modules.

FSO Certification is highly valued and preferred.

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform configuration, customization, and integration .

Ability to gather requirements, design, and deliver effective FSO solutions aligned with client needs.

Good understanding of ITIL / ITSM processes will be an added advantage.
