About the Role : As a Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager – Export Marketing, you will be responsible for driving international sales, building long-term client relationships, and implementing export marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets. This role is ideal for professionals eager to grow their careers in international business and learn the nuances of global trade.
Responsibilities :
- Business Development : Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in international markets to achieve sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management : Build strong relationships with global customers, handle inquiries, and provide end-to-end support.
- Export Documentation : Oversee pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation, ensuring compliance with export rules, customs regulations, and Incoterms.
- Market Research & Analysis : Monitor global trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
- Pricing & Negotiation : Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize contracts with international clients.
- Coordination : Collaborate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and smooth operations.
- Marketing Support : Assist in digital campaigns, trade exhibitions, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility overseas.
- Reporting : Prepare monthly / quarterly export reports and update management on sales performance and market feedback.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, International Business, or related field.1–3 years of experience in Export Marketing or International Sales.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional foreign language skills will be a plus.Knowledge of export documentation, international shipping procedures, and trade compliance.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.What We Offer :
