We are expanding our footprint in South India and are looking for a high-energy Sales Manager to lead sub-agent partnerships and drive candidate pipelines for EU & Middle East roles.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling a strong sub-agent network in Bangalore and surrounding regions. Your primary goal will be to generate quality candidate leads for international recruitment through partnerships, outreach, and on-ground activities.
This is a target-driven, on-site role that requires strong relationship-building skills, deep understanding of global hiring, and hands-on experience in business development for overseas recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
Sub-Agent Development
- Identify, onboard, and manage sub-agents across Bangalore & South India.
- Train agents on available job categories, visa processes, and candidate requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships to ensure consistent candidate inflow.
Sales & BD
Pitch GVMC’s recruitment services to potential partners.Meet monthly candidate sourcing and revenue targets.Identify new channels for lead generation : training institutes, immigration consultants, and skill centres.Candidate Pipeline Management
Ensure steady inflow of quality candidates for EU, Middle East, and USA job roles.Guide sub-agents on documentation, screening, and application quality.Coordinate with internal teams on job updates, selections, and status movement.Market Intelligence
Stay updated on competitor pricing, mobility trends, demand cycles, and labour shortages.Provide weekly reports on activities, challenges, and market insights.Quality & Compliance
Ensure all agents follow ethical recruitment practices.Maintain transparency in fee structures and process communication.Support GVMC’s brand image as a compliant and trusted recruiter.Requirements
3–5 years of experience in BD / Sales in overseas recruitment (EU / Middle East hiring experience preferred).Strong networks with training institutes, agencies, and manpower consultants.Proven track record of achieving sales / lead targets.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to travel within the region as needed.High integrity and professionalism.Compensation
