What You’ll Do

Lead & Inspire :

Manage and mentor a team of STEM experts to produce top-tier educational data.

Set performance goals, ensure quality assurance, and drive a high-performance, collaborative culture.

Shape AI Through STEM :

Translate deep subject matter expertise into actionable insights for AI fine-tuning.

Design robust evaluation datasets that help benchmark AI performance in STEM education.

Collaborate closely with AI / ML engineers, researchers, and product teams to make AI smarter, clearer, and more accurate.

Set the Standard :

Ensure every piece of content meets the highest academic and pedagogical benchmarks.

Create and maintain quality rubrics, style guides, and training frameworks for your team.

What You Bring

Education :

Ph.D. preferred (or M.Sc. / M.Tech from a premier institute such as IIT, NIT, IISc).

Expertise :

Deep knowledge in one or more STEM domains — Math, Physics, Chemistry, or Biology — with mastery across undergraduate and competitive exam levels (JEE Mains / Advanced).

Experience :

7–10 years in teaching, research, or academic content development, plus 2+ years of team leadership experience.

Communication :

Exceptional clarity in both written and verbal communication.
