Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Academic Counsellor to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with prospective students, understand their academic goals, and guide them in selecting and enrolling in our various coaching programs, including CAT, CLAT, IPM, CUET, Judiciary and others. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in counseling students for these specific competitive exams and possess a genuine passion for helping students achieve academic success. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships with students. The role involves providing accurate program information, assisting with the enrollment process, and supporting students throughout their journey. A background in education or a related field is preferred, along with a proven track record of meeting counseling or enrollment targets. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a student-centric, results-driven environment and is committed to making a positive impact in the field of education.

Key Responsibilities

• Student Counseling :

Interact with prospective students and their families to understand their academic goals and recommend appropriate courses and coaching programs (CAT, CLAT, IPM, CUET, Judiciary & etc)

Assist students in the entire enrollment process, including course selection, fee structure explanation, and program details.

Follow up with leads, convert inquiries into enrollments by addressing their concerns, and providing them with the right information to make informed decisions.

Maintain records of student inquiries, applications, and conversions. Ensure timely follow-ups and track the progress of leads.

Build and maintain relationships with students to ensure a positive counseling experience and increase student retention.

Stay updated on exam details, course offerings, and admission timelines related to CAT, CLAT, IPM, Judiciary and CUET to effectively counsel students.

Provide feedback to the management team on student concerns, market trends, and competitor analysis.
