Legal Executive / Junior In-House Counsel (On-Site) – Bengaluru

Job descriptionDrafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, NDAs, and internal legal documents. Evaluating and reviewing all company documents prior to signing. Assisting with company litigation matters. Coordinating with external counsel and preparing relevant documentation. Handling company-related legal and police matters as required. Conducting detailed document reviews to ensure compliance and internal consistency. Assisting in formulating and implementing new policies related to legal compliance and governance that support business growth. Representing the company with Government departments and regulatory bodies. Ensuring timely communication, filings, and compliance. Performing relevant legal research and providing actionable insights and support to internal teams. L.L.B. (Bachelor’s degree in Law) is mandatory. Minimum 1 year of in-house legal experience preferred. Strong communication skills both written and verbal. Solid understanding of litigation processes. Proficiency in contract drafting and legal document review. Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a demanding on-site environment. High level of professionalism and ethical standards. Be part of a growing organization where your legal expertise influences key business decisions.
