Junior Affiliate Manager

We're looking for a driven individual who will become the engine behind our affiliate operations. This is a learn-by-doing role where you'll be trained hands-on during your first month while contributing to real growth.What You'll Do : Affiliate Acquisition & OutreachConduct targeted outreach via Telegram, forums, CPA networks, and advertising communitiesBuild and maintain contact lists of potential affiliate partnersHandle initial communications and qualify leads before passing them to senior team membersTechnical Integration & SupportSet up tracking links and configure partner integrationsConnect API endpoints, UTM parameters, and postback systemsTroubleshoot technical issues with quick turnaround timesPerformance AnalyticsMonitor traffic quality from new partnersCompile daily reports on FTDs (First Time Deposits) and registrationsTrack partner performance metrics and flag opportunitiesSuccess Metrics : Generate 50–120 qualified affiliate leads weeklyOnboard 20–40 new partners monthlyMaintain 90%+ accuracy on postback configurationsRespond to technical support requests within 1–2 hoursTraining & Growth : You'll receive comprehensive mentorship during your first month, learning our systems, processes, and best practices directly from experienced team members.
