AI Product Visionary

As a Product Strategist, you will be responsible for crafting and executing our product vision. This involves prioritizing features that deliver immediate customer value and collaborating closely with the technical team to ensure we are building AI solutions that transform how clinical research gets done.

This role requires someone who is fluent in AI tools and applications, with strong analytical and technical foundations. You will use AI extensively to accelerate product discovery, create prototypes, analyze data, and improve internal workflows.

You will own the product roadmap and prioritize tasks, balancing customer needs with technical feasibility and business impact. You will conduct customer research and translate insights into clear product requirements and user stories.

Responsibilities include working closely with engineering to define specifications, manage sprints, and ensure timely delivery. You will also monitor the AI ecosystem to identify emerging capabilities and define and track product metrics.

We require an MBA from a top-tier institution and 0-4 years post-MBA experience. You should have a genuine interest in healthcare / life sciences and comfort with ambiguity and rapid iteration in an early-stage environment.

Success in this role within six months includes owning the product roadmap, shipping three or more significant features, and improving key metrics by 25%+. You will establish scalable processes for product discovery, development, and launch, and set the standard for AI tool usage on the team.
