Role Overview

We're looking for a Sales & Merchandising Coordinator to handle customer communication, order processing, and coordination between our sales, production, and design teams.

This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth order flow — from placement to dispatch — while maintaining strong relationships with our retail partners.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for retailers and wholesalers via WhatsApp and Email.
Coordinate with production and design teams to track orders, samples, and delivery timelines.
Manage and update order status sheets and dispatch trackers.
Share new collections and product updates with clients regularly.
Follow up on order confirmations, payments, and dispatches.
Support the team during outstation sales trips and exhibitions (3–4 times a year).
Ensure timely and accurate flow of information between customers and internal teams.
Provide post-sales support and strengthen long-term client relationships.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in Fashion, Business, or Communication preferred.

1–3 years of experience in fashion sales, merchandising, or client servicing.

Excellent communication and coordination skills in English and Hindi.

Proficiency in WhatsApp, Email, Excel / Google Sheets, and basic CRM tools.

Highly organized, responsible, and strong in follow-up and execution.

Interest in fashion trends and a good aesthetic sense are a plus.
