What You'll Do
End-to-End HW Development
- Develop and prepare hardware work products for each project phase.
- Drive Architecture and Detailed Design using Enterprise Architect (EA).
- Design and develop Internal Fault Test Boards for validation.
- Prepare and review HW deliverables ensuring adherence to project timelines.
Testing & Validation
Perform Functional Testing using specified methods and processes.Execute HW Integration Tests as per the Test Plan.Conduct ECU-level Functional Testing and Internal Fault Injection Testing.Verify FMEA and DFMEA designs for compliance and robustness.Process & Collaboration
Participate in technical reviews and cross-functional discussions.Establish and adhere to estimates in project work plans.Provide regular progress updates to Test Leads for planning and tracking.Identify and propose product, process, or infrastructure improvements.Mentor team members on HW architecture and design best practices.Quality & Safety
Ensure HW process compliance with ISO 26262 – Part 5.Develop HW safety deliverables : FMEA, FMEDA, FTA, FIT calculations, and De-rating charts.What You'll Bring
Hardware Design Expertise
Proficient in Altium Designer for schematic design, variant management, BOM creation, and release management.Strong circuit simulation skills using OrCAD PSPICE (DC point, AC / Transient analysis).Skilled in HW circuit-level calculations with Mathcad (loop resistance, power, thermal dissipation).Testing & Measurement
Hands-on experience with Oscilloscope, DMM, Function Generator, and Logic Analyzer.Proven track record in HW verification and testing at ECU level.Functional Safety & Compliance
Experience in HW FMEA, FMEDA, FTA development, and FIT calculations.Familiarity with ISO 26262 standards and HW safety lifecycle.Tools & Platforms
