Job Description :

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Research Analyst to identify, catalog, and analyze clinician-based organizations in the United States. These organizations may be formed around medical specialty, race, ethnicity, gender, country of origin, or other identity- or profession-based factors. The Analyst will be responsible for producing a comprehensive, structured report that provides actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct extensive research to identify clinician-based professional associations, societies, and advocacy groups.
• Assemble a detailed database of these organizations with the following fields at a minimum :
• Organization name, description, location (headquarters), website, phone number
• Organization focus (e.g., specialty (cardiology), identity (Latino, women))
• Organization mission, values, objectives (e.g., networking, education, political advocacy, research, public health, community engagement)
• Membership information (number of members, membership tiers, costs, benefits)
• Leadership details (names, titles, email addresses, URL to LinkedIn profile, and other contact info where available)
• Whether or not the website has a secure portal (link to login)
• Verify and validate data accuracy through primary and secondary sources.
• Research monthly traffic to each organization (unique visitors)
• Present findings in both raw dataset form (e.g., Excel or database format) and a narrative report highlighting key takeaways.
