Job Summary :
We are seeking a proactive and experienced tender executive to manage and coordinate tender activities for our techno college. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in handling tender-related tasks, including work on the GEM portal, OEM panels, bidding processes, and preparing competitive quotations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle end-to-end tendering processes on the GEM portal and OEM panels.
- Prepare, review, and submit tender documents, proposals, and quotations.
- Liaise with departments to gather technical and financial data for tenders.
- Monitor tender opportunities and track bid statuses.
- Ensure compliance with college policies and government regulations.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers to collect necessary documentation.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of tender activities.
- Support the procurement team in vendor registration and pre-qualification processes.
- Assist in negotiation and finalization of tenders and contracts.
Key Requirements :
Minimum 5 years of experience in tendering and procurement activities.Proficient in GEM portal, OEM panels, and e-procurement tools.Good understanding of tender documentation, government guidelines, and compliance requirements.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to handle multiple tenders simultaneously with keen attention to detail.Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred : engineering, business, or related fields).Benefits :
