About the role :

The District Academic Coordinator (DAC) is responsible for the overall academic implementation and quality assurance of the Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) Program in the assigned district. The DAC will lead the academic capacity building of field staff and ensure the effective implementation of the program's curriculum and pedagogical frameworks in project schools.

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Academic Implementation and Quality Assurance

• Program Oversight : Lead the implementation of the FLN program across project schools within the assigned district.
• Curriculum & Pedagogy : Ensure high-fidelity implementation of the organizations materials and instructional strategies related to FLN (Literacy and Numeracy).
• School Monitoring : Take responsibility for continuous monitoring of school activities, instructional quality, and learning outcomes within the project schools.
