Responsibilities :
Structure and manage client relationships, ensuring effective communication and understanding of client needsLead the development and tracking of integrated business development plansProvide support to business development leadership by managing client interactions, identifying opportunities, and strategizing for growthCollaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and requirements for new business opportunitiesAnalyze market trends and competitor activity, providing recommendations based on industry best practicesManage pipeline by gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and opportunitiesEstablish and maintain processes to manage client relationships and opportunities over the business lifecycleMentor and coach team members on business development strategies and techniquesUtilize CRM and sales tracking tools to monitor sales plans and progressReview business development activities for compliance with procedures and standardsEffectively communicate relevant business information to the team as directed by the Business Development ManagerRequirements :
Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or related field (Required)Strong leadership and communication skillsExcellent client management skillsEffective interpersonal, negotiation, and planning skillsCritical thinking and good decision-making abilitiesAbility to work independently and manage time and workload effectivelyProactive, results-oriented, and eager to drive business growthCapable of managing multiple clients and opportunities simultaneouslyProficient in CRM systems and sales tracking toolsSupportive of business growth activities, including client proposals and marketing efforts
