Job Role : US Bench Sales & Client Acquisition

Location : Hyderabad Office

Experience : 2–4 years in US Bench Sales / IT Staffing

Employment Type : Full-time / Day Shift

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive client acquisition by generating new business opportunities in the US staffing market.
  • Involved in sales i.E., bench consultants to the Vendors and Clients for the requirements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Direct Clients, Prime Vendors, and Implementation Partners.
  • Worked extensively on marketing bench consultants.
  • Interacting with Tier one Vendors and making new vendors to the company.
  • Involved in marketing of consultants on bench to the preferred vendors.
  • Getting requirements for bench consultants from various sources like Prime Vendors, job portals, and other Networking sites.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in US Bench Sales / Client Acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of US IT staffing market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Proven experience in working with consultants on OPT, CPT, H1B, EAD, GC, and USC.
