Candidate should be able to :
- Develop and execute test cases and test plans for IAM solutions
- Provide knowledge transfer, training, and support activities
- Observe project delivery protocol and ensure timely escalation of status, issues, and risks
- Participate in go-live activity in the production environment.
- Develop technical project plans and aid in project resourcing
- Develop deployment and implementation methodology and standards consistent with vendor best practices
- Preparation of documentation for handover to the operations team.
- Work with vendor product support to open, troubleshoot, and resolve product issues
- Report the upgrade status updates to Technical Lead.
- Respond to escalated Tier 3 client support calls for managed services, as needed
- Work on preparation of Design document, present the design document to the stakeholders. Clarify / update design issues and concerns.
- Install, integrate, configure, and deploy IAM solutions and systems to facilitate User Life-Cycle Management, Identity and Access Governance, Automated Provisioning, Single Sign-On, Federation, Privileged Account Management.
- Gather requirements from customers and preparation of the requirement document.
- Support QA and B&R team.
