YoBoHo New Media, Mumbai is building a nimble creative team launching the next viral animated content brand. We need a head of HR, with a start up mindset, entrepreneurial, talent acquisition, ability to build this talent to scale up and work closely with the senior management.

Yoboho's business of building viral animated brands using social media from scratch, going viral, and working with unique digital characters. Apart from that, oversee other HR related functions.

What We’re Looking For

  • Start Up Mindset
  • 5 to 8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Talent acquisition for a creative / digital media, animation, Youtube MCN and Social media content creation
  • Consistently look for talent
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems, HR operations, HR tools, AI-enabled HR solutions, and Indian labor laws.
  • Excellent communication, people management, and leadership skills.
  • A builder’s mindset — ability to set up HR processes from scratch in a fast-scaling environment.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Build and execute hiring strategies for new-age roles including :
  • Head of Social Media
  • Social Media Content Producers
  • Social Media Managers
  • Partner with leadership to define role requirements and attract top creative and strategic talent.
  • Develop strong employer branding and recruitment campaigns to position YoBoHo as a leading digital-first workplace.

    • HR Operations & Compliance

  • Oversee  payroll, leave policies, performance reviews, and employee benefits.
  • Create and implement HR policies aligned with company culture and business needs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and best HR practices.
  • Utilize  modern HR tools and AI-driven solutions  to expedite processes such as recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll management, and performance tracking.

    • Culture & People Development

  • Shape a  creative and collaborative workplace culture  that empowers employees.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to boost retention and performance.

    • Strategic HR Leadership

  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on workforce planning, organizational structure, and talent management.
  • Develop HR metrics and dashboards to support data-driven decisions.
