🚀Title : Oracle E Business - Payroll Consultant (Techno Functional)

📍Location : India -Remote

🗓️Job Type : 3 months

⏰ Notice Period : Immediate joiner or up to 30 days

🔒 Key Requirements :

  • Banking Industry preferred

Oracle E Business Payroll

Experience in Oracle Fusion Payroll

Migration from Oracle E-Business Payroll to Oracle Fusion Payroll.

Payroll Functional Expertise :

  • Payroll Setup & Configuration
  • Defining payrolls, elements, input values, balances, and fast formulas.
  • Payroll Process Execution
  • Managing payroll run, pre-payment, costing, retro-pay, quick pay, and reconciliation.
  • Understanding of statutory rules.
  • Core HR and Payroll Integration

    • Designing or validating ‘Payroll Fast Formulas’ for :

  • Earnings and deductions
  • Eligibility rules
  • Absence calculations
  • Build and test formulas.

    • Payroll Operations & Support

  • Hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll cycles, including :
  • Retroactive processing, Payroll costing, Element entry management
