- Automate regression test suites using Selenium, JMeter, C#, Java, SQL.
- Provide technical support during software installation and configuration, ensuring product meets specifications.
- Review and improve software usability, functionality, and compliance with standards.
- Design and execute manual and automated test plans in Agile environment.
