Role Overview

We are looking for a Student Loan Counsellor who will be stationed at our partner colleges / institutes. This role is responsible for educating students and parents about Flashaid's financing options, assisting them with applications, and ensuring smooth onboarding to generate student volume for the institution and Flashaid.

Key Responsibilities

  • Counsel students and parents on Flashaid's Smart Fee & Education Loan solutions.
  • Support students in filling out applications and completing documentation.
  • Explain EMI options, repayment processes, and answer financing queries.
  • Coordinate with Flashaid operations & credit teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
  • Work closely with the institute's admission & accounts teams to identify prospective students.
  • Achieve monthly student enrollment and disbursal targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions, leads, and conversions.
  • Provide feedback from students / institutes to improve processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in counselling, sales, or BFSI / education sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English + local language).
  • Ability to build trust with students and parents.
  • Target-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in client premises.
  • Basic understanding of loans / EMI / financial services is preferred.
