Role Overview

We're hiring a Manager – Pre-Sales to lead our global pre-sales function, deliver customer success during POCs, and partner with Sales, Product & Solutions teams to accelerate growth. This role blends technical expertise, leadership, and strategy in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a pre-sales team to deliver world-class experiences.
  • Own the pre-sales cycle : discovery, demos, POCs, ROI, deal support.
  • Define scalable frameworks, playbooks, and collateral.
  • Engage senior stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Partner with Product to share insights and shape the roadmap.
  • Represent Testsigma in workshops, webinars, and industry events.

Requirements

  • 8–12 yrs in Pre-Sales / Technical Sales Engineering, with 3+ yrs in leadership.
  • B2B SaaS experience (test automation / DevOps preferred).
  • Preferred : Understanding of testing methodologies and familiarity with automation tools (Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, Rest Assured).
  • Familiarity with CI / CD tools (Git, Jenkins) and basic coding in Java, Python, Ruby, or JS.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
