Role Overview
As a P2P Associate , you will play a critical role in managing procurement and vendor operations for Zolo’s Co-living business. You’ll be responsible for ensuring cost-efficient purchases, smooth vendor coordination, and timely issue resolution across our properties. This role is ideal for someone with strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills who is looking to build a long-term career in procurement and operations within a fast-growing company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end vendor interactions : sourcing, comparing quotations, negotiating rates, and finalizing agreements.
- Coordinate with MEP and facility teams to understand procurement needs and validate requests.
- Track vendor performance, ensuring adherence to turnaround times (TATs) and service quality.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, approvals, and compliance with company SOPs.
- Optimize procurement by assessing whether requests can be resolved internally before raising external purchase orders.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality.
- Provide timely updates to internal stakeholders and ensure smooth coordination between teams.

2+ years in procurement, vendor management, or facility management.Experience in real estate, construction, hospitality, co-working, or MEP operations preferred.Graduation with basic knowledge of MEP systems is desirable.
