Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
- Oversee the Background Verification process through third-party agencies.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and morale.
- Lead Performance Management and Talent Development programs for the business.
- Collaborate with line managers and employees to address employee relations issues fairly, balancing interests of all parties.
- Provide compensation support, including salary planning, approvals of salary actions, promotions, and job re-leveling.
- Prepare HR analytics related to recruitment, attrition, and HR dashboards.
- Manage payroll inputs for respective business lines.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and organizational policies and regulations.
Qualifications
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field.Additional Skills
