Summary of Primary Job Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust software solutions using Microsoft’s well-known .NET framework, in combination with either React.js (front-end), Node.js (back-end), or preferably both.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and complex software solutions that align with client specifications and business goals.
  • Refactor and optimize existing codebases to ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews to identify and resolve bugs, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities.
  • Perform comprehensive testing, including writing and executing unit test cases, to ensure code reliability and maintainability.
  • Build clean, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces using HTML5 and CSS3, following modern design and UX / UI principles.
  • Ensure all outputs are intuitive, visually engaging, and deliver a seamless user experience.
  • Manage deployment of applications and actively monitor user adoption, feedback, and performance.
  • Use client and user feedback to drive iterative improvements and enhancements for future versions.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends, frameworks, and tools in software development, especially within the .NET ecosystem and associated front-end / back-end technologies.
  • Familiarity with Jira or similar ticketing / project management tools for sprint planning, issue tracking, and agile collaboration.

Typical Qualifications :

Education & Experience :

  • BE / B.Tech in Computer Science or IT preferred.
  • 3+ years progressive experience within an IT development organization(s) preferred.
  • Prior experience as a .NET Developer

    • Required (3 to 5 years)

  • Skilled in various architectures including Microsoft .NET framework, C#
  • Proficient with front-end development languages including HTML, CSS, ASP. Net forms, JavaScript, ReactJS, Bootstrap, Node, SASS, Vite, Typescript
  • Proficient with middleware tools such as REST APIs and web services
  • Experience interfacing with & manipulating active directory attributes, Scripting – Python, PowerShell, ETL experience – SSIS, Azure Data Factory, Familiarity with Cloud platforms (Azure / AWS) is a plus.

    • Knowledge / Abilities :

  • Ability to deliver quality software in a timely manner with multiple tasks / projects in progress.
  • Skilled in UI / UX design & implementation, responsive design
  • Great collaborator with both technical and non-technical staff.
  • Quality focused
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be vocal at meetings and present well.
  • Critical to be able to define and complete tasks without being spoon-fed

    • Working Conditions :

  • Remote with periodic meetings at a Foundever office.
  • Preferable Working Hours : 3 : 00 PM-12 : 00 AM IST
