Junior Project Manager – Remote (US / Canada Market)

Company : Superkreatives

Location : India (Remote)

Shift Timing : 5 : 00 PM – 2 : 00 AM IST (US Shift)

Salary Range : ₹28,000 – ₹35,000 / month

Experience : Minimum 2 years (US & Canada Market)

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and coordinate 20–25 client accounts across diverse digital services.
  • Oversee and manage projects related to :
  • Website Management
  • Social Media and Organic Engagement
  • Newsletter Campaigns
  • Google My Business Optimization
  • Handle recurring monthly client payments — ensure timely invoicing, follow-ups, and renewals.
  • Maintain professional and consistent client communication via calls, texts, and Google Meet .
  • Collaborate with internal teams — Web Designers, Video Editors, Graphic Designers, and Content Creators — to ensure high-quality, on-time deliverables.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell services and strengthen long-term client relationships.
  • Create and monitor project timelines, manage deliverables, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational, communication, or creative challenges effectively.
  • Prepare detailed progress reports, performance summaries, and improvement plans for both clients and internal review.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing projects for clients in the US and Canada markets .
  • Proven experience in managing recurring client payments and retainers .
  • Strong understanding of :
  • Website & digital content workflows
  • Social media management & organic growth strategies
  • Newsletter marketing
  • Google My Business management
  • Exceptional team coordination and client communication skills.
  • Excellent English communication (spoken & written).
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • A straightforward, responsible, and solution-oriented work approach.
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and projects efficiently.
  • Prior experience in a creative agency or digital marketing environment is preferred.
