Responsibilities

Gathering and analyzing system requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Developing and executing comprehensive and detailed test plans and test cases
Coordinating and prioritizing testing activities
Designing and executing automation scripts with the help of advanced automation tools
Discovering, reporting, and meticulously documenting and tracking defects
Ensuring adherence to quality standards and enforcing improvement
Staying up-to-date with evolving testing tools and strategies

Requirements

A solid 8-12 years of experience in Mobile Testing utilizing tools like Appium, Selendroid, UIAutomator

At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience

Robust knowledge of automation testing in Robot framework

Experience with React applications testing

Proficiency in reviewing business requirement document and software requirement documents, test cases and their execution, and coordination with developers for defect fixing

Extensive experience with JUnit framework for Unit testing, Maven and Ant for Project building tool, and Jenkins / Hudson for Continuous Integration

Strong comprehension of technical mainframe testing strategies

Experience in Angular Js testing using protractor

Proficiency in Quality Center / ALM 11.52 for defining relationships between requirements, test plans, test lab, test cases, scripts and defects

Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium IDE, Selenium RC, Selenium Web driver 2.0, Selenium Grid, HP QTP and Mercury Quality Center

Expertise in using different Spying tools like Firebug and Fire path element as a Firefox add - on

Knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Bug life Cycle and Waterfall and Agile (SCRUM, SCRUM-BAN), Waterfall and Extreme Programming (XP) methodologies

Experience with Agile (Scrum) methodology in a cross functional team

Proficiency in Functional Testing, UAT, Integration testing, System testing, Exception testing and Backend Testing of Mobile application

Experience in analyzing business requirements & specifications, planning, and executing Test Plans, Creating Test scenarios & Test cases

Knowledge of relational databases and ability to create SQL queries to view successful transactions of data

Nice to have

Familiarity with performance testing tools such as LoadRunner
