Job Title : Software Mobile Test Automation Lead Engineer.

Location : : 7+.

Job Overview :

We're seeking a seasoned Mobile Test Automation Lead Engineer to lead and mentor a team of test automation engineers, design and implement scalable automation frameworks, and contribute to testing strategies using QA best practices and work on medical software products, ensuring high-quality delivery through effective testing and defect management.

Must Requirements :

  • 7+ years of experience in mobile automation testing.
  • Ideally, knowledge in medical product testing.
  • Experience in mobile app testing (Android and iOS).
  • Excellent knowledge of Agile Methodology.
  • Soft skills : zeal to explore knowledge, self-driven, and committed to quality.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and mentor a team of test automation engineers, offering technical guidance and support.
  • Design, implement, and maintain automation frameworks for mobile applications on Android and IOS.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide feedback on automation scripts.
  • Monitor and report on automation efforts, continuously improving testing processes.
  • Collaborate with manual QA engineers to define test strategies and reduce manual test coverage.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation frameworks and test execution environments.

    • Test Development, Execution, and Reporting :

  • Experience with test management and defect management tools (DevOps, ALM, TFS).
  • Create detailed test reports supported by evidence.
  • Maintain existing automation test frameworks and experience with API testing.
  • Hands-on experience with Web / Mobile tools and CI / CD.

    • Defect Logging and Debugging :

  • Sound knowledge of debugging and debug tools (ADB).
  • Log defects in test management tools and investigate / troubleshoot system failures.

    • Collaboration and Responsibility :

  • Communicate with key stakeholders on test plans.
  • Work with developers to design testing strategies and transfer them into test specifications.
  • Adhere to test schedules and own the responsibility for product quality.
