Job descriptionDevelop, test, and implement high-quality software solutions in alignment with client requirements and business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features within stipulated timelines. Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications by identifying and rectifying bottlenecks and bugs. Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to improve overall code quality and maintainability. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices to continually enhance skills and improve software development processes. Document development processes, code changes, and provide timely updates to project stakeholders and management. Engage in proactive communication with clients to gather requirements and provide technical expertise throughout project lifecycles.
Qualifications and Skills
- Must have proficiency in SQL & MySql, Core Java, Spring Boot (Mandatory skills) to develop robust and scalable applications.
- Experience in designing and implementing microservices architecture to ensure modularity and seamless integration.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs for effective communication and interaction between software applications.
- Proficiency with Hibernate ORM to facilitate efficient and effective database management.
- Knowledge of AWS Cloud Services for deploying scalable and reliable cloud-based applications.
- Hands-on experience with Docker Containers to streamline the development and deployment process.
- Proven experience in crafting high-performance back-end systems and integrating front-end technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve business goals.
