Assistant Manager (Incubation and Entrepreneurship) [07 / 10 / 2025]

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage incubation and acceleration programs related to climate and sustainability entrepreneurship
• Create an ecosystem of climate and sustainability organizations as partners for supporting the Climate, Environment, and Sustainability Education at BITS
• Organize a student / faculty entrepreneurship related conference / event on sustainability and climate
• Build a mentor / expert network of climate and sustainability entrepreneurs, investors, and experts
• Promote co-creation of climate and sustainability solutions between Startups and Faculty at BITS Pilani
• Organize Extensive Customer and Investor Connects for Startups
• Pursue opportunities for funding from Government (CEST etc.), Non-Profit Foundations, CSR, and alumni in the area of climate and sustainability
• Any other task as assigned by CEO, Incubation and Entrepreneurship
