Role Overview As a Sales Executive , you will be responsible for generating new leads, closing deals, pitching PR & digital solutions, and building long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities for PR, digital marketing, and influencer marketing services
Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and industry events
Pitch agency services, present proposals, and close deals
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly / quarterly targets
Work closely with strategy and creative teams to prepare customized proposals
Build long-term relationships with brands, founders, and marketing teams
Stay updated on marketing, PR, and digital trends to position Kent as a leading communications partner
Prepare sales reports, maintain CRM updates, and track conversion metrics
What We Are Looking For 1–4 years of sales experience (PR, digital marketing, advertising, or agency background preferred)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Confident in pitching and handling client conversations
Ability to understand brand needs and translate them into solutions
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently
Strong networking, follow-up, and negotiation abilities
