Job Description :

Assist in monitoring and managing resource utilization across multiple projects and departments.

Maintain resource allocation records and ensure data accuracy in resource management systems.

Coordinate with department leads to identify current and future staffing needs.

Support in forecasting resource demand and resolving resource conflicts.

Help prepare reports on resource availability, usage, and performance metrics.

Facilitate onboarding and offboarding of project resources.

Communicate regularly with project managers to understand staffing and capacity challenges.

Ensure alignment between resource availability and project requirements.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in resource planning processes.

Role :

4+Years of Experience in Resource management

Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and resource management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, SAP, MS Project, D365).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
