Job Title

Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant

Our organization is seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM to fill this key role.

• 5-18 years of experience in HCM modules, including Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruitment Cloud, Time & Labor, Health & Safety, Security, and Benefit are required.
• Proficiency in Process Flow, Set-up Knowledge, and Common Solutions to Modules Known in HCM is essential.
• Hands-on experience working on Fusion and exposure to EBS are necessary.
• Functional consultants should have experience in at least three modules.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical skills include expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Application Security, Workflows, Fast Formula, Page Customizations, and Extensions.

Strong leadership skills and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are also required.
