Job descriptionWill be responsible for coordinating and working closely with our partners to help them develop Custodian of store designs – develop designs for all upcoming stores Engage with external design consultants to develop designs for Stores as per the template Some knowledge of MEP services will be an added advantage Knowledge of latest Material pallets and BOQ’s (bill of quantities) Should be able to do Cross-functional coordination, good inter-personal skills Visit On going sites and conduct site feasibility if required. Some site / construction experience.

the Manager – Design based in Gurgaon.
Skills & experiences required
- Ideally worked in a design consultants office and not in Real estate / developers’ firm.
- or Experienced Diploma Holder from a reputed college
- Expert in AUTOCAD, photoshop, presentations
- Communication and presentation skills
- Creative talent, imagination and eye for design
