We are looking for a Business Analyst with proven experience in Order Management projects, strong understanding of ServiceNow OM data model and processes, and expertise in large-scale data migration and data quality validation.
Must-have skills include functional mapping, working with large volumes of data, and monitoring and ensuring data quality in OM processes.
Nice-to-have skills include advanced knowledge of ServiceNow OM data model, data governance, familiarity with ETL tools and data architecture.
