Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented US Accountant with 5-7 years of hands-on experience in US accounting practices. The ideal candidate should be proficient in QuickBooks (Online and Desktop), possess a strong understanding of GAAP, and be capable of managing multiple client accounts with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities for US-based clients
• Prepare and maintain general ledgers, financial statements, and bank reconciliations
• Handle month-end and year-end closing processes
• Maintain accurate records of income, expenses, payroll, and taxes
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
• Ensure compliance with US accounting standards and tax regulations
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely delivery of financial reports
• Utilize QuickBooks and other relevant tools for bookkeeping and accounting
• Respond to client queries and provide financial insights as needed
